Okay several people have mentioned hiking the AT in the past year and my husband and I have been going back to more rustic camping over the past 3-4 years. Now my curiosity on the AT is perked. For a very beginner where would you recommend beginning. Do you start and one end and then add stretches each time or work out from an easier inner area? Im thinking doing the whole trail would be a cool bucket list item. I love stretching myself and trying new things.
