Okay, so 48 hours later and in honor of Don S., I finally completed the ALS challenge after being nominated by Kiden Renee. I posted the other day why I glady accepted this challenge so if you missed it here it is again. My high school sweetheart passed away from this horrific disease. It broke my heart to see him looking so fragile in his last days. If you havent already researched it, I am asking you to do so. It can strike anyone...it does not strike one specific race or ethnicity. I am nominating all of the Oklahoma Heart Hospital HIM department especially Julie Hill and Stacey Morton; Duck N Dive employees William Tonemah, Aaron and Curtis Spottedcorn; Tierra Kay Fudge; Bobbie Morrell; Shonday Donahue; Cecelia Cable; Kaylub Chasenah. And I forgot to mention Dons sister Kara Bitsy Boo Codynah. You have 24 hours to complete the challenge and/or donate to ALS by going to alsa.org/donate. And yes the ice water literally took my breath away!!!!
