Okay, so I heard there was a verdict in the case. I will not speculate on the verdict because I was not a juror sitting there during the whole trial. Whether I consider this right or wrong does not matter because I did not hear all sides of the case. I believe that taking a life is wrong unless you think your life or someone else is in danger. But I also believe that when you sit on a jury you have to take everything into account. You have to listen to all sides of everything. Most of us heard the first reports on TV and then just heard bits and pieces here and there. This is what I feel. If the verdict went the other way I would feel the same. That is why we have appeals. Sorry if you disagree but this is my take on it.
