Okay, so I know Ive been gone for a few days but I let you guys know I would be trying out some hard ab workouts. My abs seem to be the strongest part of my body so its very challenging for me to find a good, effective ab workout that doesnt take a lot of time and really hits even muscle in the core. Then, I came across this and I decided to give it a try. The total workout is about 12 minutes long, which honestly isnt that bad. I like to get 10-20 minutes in with abs separate from my regular workout 5-6 times a week. and let me tell you guys, THIS IS AMAZEBALLS! Its one of THE hardest ab workouts I have EVER done. You will either find cassie really annoying or really endearing, but the workout is AWESOME. please PLEASE give it a try! If you want to make the best version of your body, this is the ab workout that will get you that six pack, I PROMISE! BUT dont forget-in order to shred fat so you can get abs, you need to do cardio workouts 3-5 times a week! I really hope you guys are pushing yourselves! Do you want this?
