Okay, so I love brownies. Who doesnt? However, if you havent had Chocolate Chip Bourbon Blondies then you need to give them a try. Especially since they are really easy to make! In a mixer put in a stick of melted butter and a cup of brown sugar, light or dark as you prefer. Mix on medium speed for 2-3 minutes and then add one egg, a teaspoon of vanilla, and 1/4 cup of bourbon. Mix another couple of minutes on medium. Turn the speed to low and add a cup and 2 tablespoons of flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Finally add about 6 oz of chocolate chips. Bake in an 8X8 pan lined with parchment at 350° for about 25 minutes.
