Okay...so I think I can say with official confidence that my 2.5 year old little princess is potty trained. Yay!!! It took about 3 weeks. Peeing was easy and she did that when she was ready with no problems. Only 2-3 little accidents and they were really more our fault than hers. The tough one was getting the poops happening. She was holding them in and was afraid . After much conversation with her and reassurance ...and it took a lot. We are proud to say she has been going poop on the potty since the weekend and even went on the big potty all herself today. I am beaming with pride for her accomplishment which is why I cant help sharing. She has been staying dry at night too but we will keep the night pull ups on for a bit yet. My little girl is growing up!!! Oh the mixed motions.
