Okay, so Im sure by now most writers who want to SELL their books understand the book needs to be promoted! The 2014 FWA conference had exciting and unique workshops on the topic, including video trailers for books. And, in St. Augustine yesterday, the FWA group presented Sharon Buck on the topic of video promotion for our books. So, Im attaching one that is almost finished. It was scripted and produced by the author. Weve worked together on her book for many months. It is now on the way to the copy editor with a launch date of February. But, since she wants to get the buzz started in advance of her publishers launch date, she did this vid to promote pre-orders. If you think that you cannot do this, please reconsider. Make your dreams bigger! Step into what you can do! This author has a demanding full time job, a husband who is not well, and a myriad of life challenges that mirror those of everyone else. But she never put that dream to the side once she embarked on it earlier this year.
