Okay so Im throwing it out there. I need a training partner! Been ages since I had one!! Ideal candidate details: Male or female. Some lifting experience preferred, but not essential! Must be able to train during the day or early morning, like 6 AM early! Must be willing to train 5–6 times per week. Not be afraid to push physical boundaries and possibly leave the gym in tears.. In exchange Im happy to provide advice on technique, nutrition, cardio, progression, overload, rest, and supplements throughout... Cost - FREE... Pop me an inbox if youre brave enough, get at me..
