Okay, so day 5 of 3 positive/thankful posts... 1. Im thankful for my neighbor friends who encouraged me to sign up for these cardio fusion and body shred classes with them at the beginning of this year, showed up even when we didnt feel like it, & still continue to be a part of this weekly routine after almost a year. Thanks girls! 2. I love my life in my thirties and I am very blessed to be here to experience them! I have many friends and classmates that never were able to make it into their 20s, let alone 30s. In my thirties, I am more comfortable and accepting of myself both inside and out. Ive done a lot of things in my thirties I thought Id never do or do again for that matter. Like wearing a bikini after Collin. Embracing my mommy body & stretch marks because I have worked hard and Im not a size 0 anymore, but thats ok. Ive had people talk about me and didnt confront them because their opinion is none of my business and Im okay with the fact that everyone is not going to like me or my decisions and that is okay! I have learned to live for the moment, try new foods, let things go for tomorrow, and Ive even left our children for 6 days to have a well deserved vacation with my husband Robert and guess what? They survived and although we missed them dearly, we needed that for us! 3. Lastly, I have learned to ask for help when I need it and not feel guilty for asking. I am far from being perfect of having a perfect life, but thats okay. Ive learned to focus more on the good then bad. Yes, I still have bad days and moods and thats okay too. Were all human and in this crazy battle of life together! I am not tagging anyone else to do this 5 day, 3 positive/thankful posts and thats okay too. ;) Have a great day and be safe in this crazy storm thats coming our way later!
