Okay so enough people have discussed this with me and asked for my opinion on this, so here goes. Talking to your ex after youve broken up: what do I think? Well, if the relationship ended badly then yeah its best to avoid each other and go your separate ways. But, if its ended well then theres no reason you cant be friends and support each other. BUT heres the major one most people come to me to talk about, my girlfriend/boyfriend is always talking to her ex Yeah, this is a different situation in my opinion, its not about how it ended or how close you are. If youre in a relationship think about your partner and how this makes them feel. I know from personal experience its horrible, knowing your partner is talking to somebody whove theyve been both attracted too, intimate with and close with is not a nice feeling, it sparks a major amount of paranoia and is just unfair. Whats even worse, is seeing an ex and your partner be close friends, because that just makes you feel out of place and unwanted. So heres to everybody thats come to me tonight alone: STOP TALKING, SEEING, CALLING, SPENDING TIME WITH, WHATEVER WITH YOUR EX! Its not fair. Now, hope this has settled some stuff, Im off to bed. Niiigggghtttt
