Okay so heres my things that make you go hmm (Arsenio Hall) moment, (these youngins have no clue lol) Anyway so here goes: In the media (news, commercials and newspapers) nowadays it talks about our health and how certain food causes illness like cancer etc. All the fast food restaurants talk about calories in the food so you can eat healthy? So this has been on my mind for a long time because my body had begun to get unhealthy because of the food I was eating. I was told by a doctor to not eat dairy and if I did go ORGANIC. Now if youve ever been to Wholefoods or Trader Joes the food cost much more than a regular supermarket. I wonder why? If these foods are so healthy why do they cost so much more? So heres what I get from this. Its another form of SEGREGATION! A middle or lower class family CANNOT afford to shop at WHOLEFOODS and this is on purpose. Most people I know who shop at that store are single and can afford it. So is this a ploy to keep the working man sick? I have seen a whole turkey cost almost $100 in WHOLEFOODS. So they dont want us to eat healthy by increasing the prices cause they know we cant afford it. Then another thought I had was...how do we know the food is truly organic. They mass produce the food anyway. Whose to say they just didnt change the labeling. Dammit I need a small farm so I can grow my own damm food. I cant eat nothing unless I make it myself. All outside food makes me sick damm!
