Okay so idk what to do. Theres is dog that lives down the street from me well that where his owners live and Ive learned from neighbors the dogs name and that hes always just run around. Well for the last 7-8 months this dog has decided to claim my house. I cant keep him I feel so bad for him when its cold. So I have been feeding him ask keeping an eye on him but I cant keep him. His owners dont seem to care one bit for him and Ive asked them to come get him but they dont they just ignore me. Im so scared this dog is going to get ran over because he chases cars like crazy. What do I do??? Hes a blue heeler. He runs very very fast. Would it be my place to find him a good home or let him keep doing what hes doing and I keep feeding him?? Theres no talking to his owners.
