Okay, so it is NO secret that I do not watch the news on CNN, CNBC, Absolutely Not FOX, and should watch C-SPAN, but I CAN watch the news on Comedy Central because I AM going to find a slant on the News that I can tolerate and agree with from Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart. See, I like humor...even if the SUBJECT is NOT humorous. Somehow, these two guys and Jon Oliver on HBO make the fact that this world is going DOWN on a worldwide basis: quickly, painfully, destructively, abusively, unrighteously...well, you get it; these guys make me laugh! Cop out? Yes. But, when things are SO bad and I have ABSOLUTELY NO control over this ugly worldwide trauma, I feel like I have two choices: Demand our Senators and Representatives to get off their ridiculous vacations and DO SOMETHING--pretend to give a **** about this country, OR, I can join Robin Williams ( whom I am STILL mourning)! Well, neither of those two choices are readily available, nor possible. So, I try to LAUGH. I seriously want to DIE LAUGHING! So, this guy is my news source of choice. And, if my OTHER comedy idol passes this week,Joan Rivers, well, I cannot go there or I will lose it! CAN WE TALK? I cannot live without her and Robin.
