Okay so my landlord FINALLY sent me the pics of the apartment he has available. Its a 2 bedroom, roughly 1000sq ft in Crittenden, Ky literally 2 minutes off the exit. This is in a neighborhood not a complex so very kid friendly, there is front and backyard space. This is a building split into 6 units. The rent for this unit is $500 I believe. No pets in that unit though. Utilities are very inexpensive out here! I spend about $100 for Duke, water and sanitation! We have an awesome landlord and there are no problems between any of the tenants. PM me for additional info or maybe to set up a viewing! This unit is available immediately!! :)
