Okay so now everyone knows why was a CDM more important than a CF.. And by CDM i mean a pure physical, rough, imposing and play breaker CDM not a B2B... Our first mistake was we didnt get one and our second mistake is we are playing in a formation where CDM is the most important asset in the midfield... How can we manage to get through till we buy one?! - Change of formation - Use hard-working pacy players (Oxlade/Joel/Rozza) who can press the opponents upfront so the work of Arteta-Flamini is eased.. - Currently Jack is performing much better than any of our mids, let him run through the middle.. - As Arun mentioned, High line defense in away games that too against one of the most pacy team needs to be given a second thought... - Rotation!! Which we never do, is MUST needed... The injuries gonna pile up, team will be jaded playing physical games every 3 days and our opponents can easily read us.. - Strategies and tactics needs to be refreshed.... - Set piece threat (zonal marking). We are conceding too easily (even from open play), almost all the goals we conceded were bloody cheap and could have been averted.. Finally i feel, if we can see these things then Wenger certainly can.. He is stubborn n etc etc but all i can say is either he is upto something or he is completely clueless (which is hard to believe)... I hope yesterday was a wake up call and from Aston game we gonna improve, get the flair back and get to our level..
