Okay, so the Tea Party was a grass roots movements to bolster extreme conservative values. Do you know what I would like to see? The Centrist party. A grass roots movement that works to elect members of congress that understand we need both liberal and conservative ideas to work together and compromise to make government work. They would also work to defeat political extremists on both sides. Until we, as an electorate, demand that politicians work together and give them an incentive to do so (i.e., votes and contributions), they never will. As long as people who support extremists and the fringe are the only ones involved in politics, this is what were going to get. Simple economic and political math.
