Okay, so we placed the order for our internet service last week. I get a confirmation e-mail stating my service will be active on the 14th. Chris gets a text saying that it should have been active Sunday by 8pm. Then I get a phone call yesterday morning at 9:30 that says a technician will be out sometime today. Technician comes out and within 30 minutes says everything is good to go. At this point, Ive received no paperwork, no username or password of any kind, and nothing in the mail. So I call customer service. -_- Takes 10 minutes to get a real person on the phone. I tell him Im at the point on my screen where I need my username and password to login to my internet service with my modem. (Ive already reset my modem to factory settings mind you. Im not a tech genius, but I know a little bit.) He proceeds to have me reset my modem.... again. Then restart my computer..... again. Only to find that I was at the right screen in the first place, as I said I was. -_-
