Okay, sorry to have been quiet. The next book The Guinea Boat is about ready for the final rewrite. This is another deviation from the Fighting Sail series, and is set on the South Coast of England in early 1803. Similar to Turn a Blind Eye and yes, it involves smugglers, although the Hastings fishing fleet get a mention as well. Hopefully it will be out by Christmas. Fighting Sail 7 is also on the way - Im just over 50k in first draft. We have a new ship (a 74), and a few fresh faces, but a lot of the old have been retained. Not even a working title yet, but the beast should be available in the spring of 2015.
