Science Cafe invites you to “The Science, Medicine and Politics of Antibiotic Resistance.” On hand for the discussion will be Kevin Ramkissoon, a molecular biology research scientist; Kayvon Modjarrad, an epidemiologist and physician; and policy expert David Smith. The event will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 21, at the Busboys and Poets location at Fifth and K streets in the District, and the event is free.
