Okay, the initial attempt at playing this game got sidetracked, so to spare people reading a very long thread of three people killing time waiting for another person to show up, Im going to start over. Folks may have seen that I said Id be posting a show on Monday, 9/1 which Ive referred to only as the ???Mystery Show???. So. . . I was thinking. . . lets play ourselves a round of WML! If youd like to try to figure out what show it will be on 9/1, lets pretend were playing a mystery guest round, with our mystery guest being the mystery guest from the ???Mystery Show???. Are the masks all in place? Good. Mystery guest. . . enter and sign in, please. [wild applause] Youre all familiar with the rules, I take it? You ask a series of yes/no questions, for every No answer, I flip a card. 10 flips and you each personally owe me $50. (PayPal accepted.) Remember, this being a mystery guest round, you may ask only one question at a time, in turn, going clockwise. Okay, well have to skip that clockwise part-- I dont think that will work on the internet. But lets say instead. . . no one can ask an additional question until at least **three** other people have had a turn since yours. Admittedly, you wont be able to gleam any clues from nature of the audience reception, or from the guests disguised voice(s), but. . . lets just say there are other external clues you could go by if youre really sharp (or really sneaky). I dont recommend checking what celebrities are in NYC this weekend. Its *way* too late for that to help-- technically, its past midnight, so its not even the weekend anymore.
