Never in the negative direction "counter clockwise direction" . Clockwise direction in time. "To adapt to night shift or to adjust your sleep colck to wake up at a desired time" 22:00(10:00PM),00:00(12:00AM),04:00(4:00AM), and 07:00(7:00am) Etc. ------------------------------------------------------------------> Positive Direction "Healthy" Counter clockwise direction in time. "stress on heart" 7:00(7:00am),04:00(4:00AM),00:00(12:00AM),and 22:00(10:00PM) Etc.
