Okay, this week DC Comics celebrated the 75th anniversary of Batman (although the true anniversary of the publication of Detective Comics #27 was back in March). Several media outlets asked which was your favorite Batman actor, but listed only the actors from the more recent movies and Adam West from the TV show. But a lot more actors have portrayed Batman in cartoons, on radio, as well as movies and TV. So... whos your favorite? (in order of appearance): Lewis Wilson - 1943s The Batman serial Robert Lowery - 1949s Batman and Robin serial Matt Crowley - 1940s Adventures of Superman radio show Gary Merrill - 1940s Adventures of Superman radio show Lyle Wagner - 1960s TV show. Auditioned for the role that eventually went to Adam West Adam West - 1960s and 1970s.
