Okay...time to get serious about preparing for a drastic change in the weather. The superstorm is already affecting the patterns across the northern hemisphere. Get your vehicles winterized, unhook hoses from outside faucets, and generally get prepared for extreme winter weather. Dont wait until it is upon us to try to get ready. I dont recall ever seeing such strong indications of an Arctic outbreak as Ive been seeing in recent days. Now, as suspected, models are just starting to key in on not just one... but several storm systems developing after the Arctic air arrives. Yes...there will be snow possibilities throughout the Ohio and Tennessee Valleys. Exactly where, if, and how much is still in question. But one thing seems sure...the cold will be here to stay for a while. More updates coming.
