Okay was in the ER most of today. Had severe cramps in my right thigh. My doctor said it was symptoms of a possible blood clot. Had an ultrasound and that was not determined to be the cause. Bottom line is my potassium was low. When asked to give my pain a number between one and ten, I was at fifteen! Prescribed muscle relaxers and told to purchase tonic water which has quinine in it and I will be fine. I will also eat a banana a day!. As always when something is wrong with me, I called my sister Cheryl Sapp and as always, she shows up for me! Love her! Now Im chill laxin and relaxing!
