Okay we have a NEW plan for Saturday 8 February... Its called GET involved ;) basically Myself and Kat will organise 2 sessions suitable for ALL, 11.30-1.30 at Gallt y Glyn, you can bring your kids if you need too, it wont be a problem, once 2 hours of training is complete, we will have lunch in the pub followed by some RBS 6 Nations if youd like to stay! COST £25 includes lunch and 1 child!! Soup, Sandwiches and home made cake!
