Okay, we have some smart folks in this group. The Elder Brewster - TopicsExpress

Okay, we have some smart folks in this group. The Elder Brewster Society was sent this letter from some folks who want to place a statue of Elder Brewster in Scrooby England. I must admit that I have no clue what he looked like. Any ideas on how to handle this? I am writing to advise that our project to develop the Pilgrim Fathers Heritage Centre in Scrooby also includes the proposal to develop and erect a statue of the Elder William Brewster in Scrooby. But on what should this statue be based?. In this context I am emailing to ask if you can facilitate a discussion with colleagues to advise us as to the best likeness that we can use. It is important to us that the Elder William Brewster Society advises and agrees the likeness that should be used. I have tried to research statue possibilities on the internet but there appears to be no statue of the Elder William Brewster. I can only come up with painted facial images of William Brewster, for example below en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Brewster_(Mayflower_passenger)#mediaviewer/File:William_Brewster_cropped.png With regard to dress there appears to be the following full scale statue attributed to William Bradford https://google.co.uk/search?q=William+Bradford+Statue+image&rls=com.microsoft:en-US:%7Breferrer:source?%7D&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=ie7&rlz=1I7DSGJ_enLU364&gfe_rd=cr&ei=DRKkVJ7xBqGy7Aa49oCACA&gws_rd=ssl Possibly one could use this form of dress for the proposed statue of the Elder William Brewster. Your collective thoughts of what we might use with regard to facial image and dress would be much appreciated
