Okay who on my friends list have had seizures before and got there license suspended for SIX months ?? Okay so Ive contacted my dr over multiple times.. He called me today around 11:30 and said he was faxing them to pen dott (almost a year later) .. I just called pen dott and they said they havent got them. Mind you this is probably like 20th time this has happened. Either the doctor loses the seizure report form or pen dot doesnt get them.. I am so fed up like I need my license i have a job , a daughter ect!!! Why are the bull shitting around how else can I possibly go about this ?? Ridiculous thats its been almost a year. Smfh
