Okay you asked...I do most of my cardio outside because I love the beach, the track, and stairs. Also the thought of being on the treadmill makes me wanna poke my eyes out sometimes. So if Im indoors, I mix it up. This morning I did 30 minutes of hill intervals on the bike, 30 minutes on treadmill switching from running/sprinting, walk or jog uphill, and fast skipping. You will drip sweat. Whatever you do, dont hold onto the treadmill when youre going uphill, let your ass burn!
