Okiki Oderos OPEN LETTER TO KENYANS ON MIRACLES RE : WHY ARE WE SO OBSESSED WITH MONEY & MIRACLES Fellow Kenyan, The politically correct thing to at this moment say is simple. Criticize and condemn the Miracle Manufacturer, THE Bishop Kanyari. But, tempting as it may be, the truth is that the average Kenyan is a Money and Miracle Chaser. We want it fast. We do not want to learn the laws of nature, the basis of all miracles. We do not want to sweat it out. To hell with the Laws of nature. To hell with sweating. Let us buy the miracle. Let us make the buck quickly. Let us spend it fast. In Kenya, life is fast. Prophet. Dr. Kanyari is a bright man. He realized, long ago. That Kenyans are a hungry lot. Kenyans are hungry for BLESSINGS, QUICK CASH, and HEALING. Further that he could manufacture UNREAL MIRACLES, to an UNREAL PEOPLE. Thats it! There are no miracles. Unfaithfulness will definitely result in STDs or HIV/AIDS. The miracle here is FAITHFULNESS or a Condom, or abstinence, whichever works for you. Do not contract HIV/AIDS out of carelessness, then run to the Kanyaris, NO! If you wanna get rich, thats a good thing! But, why are you in a hurry to GET RICH? Money is not running away. Be patient, work hard, focus your energies. The money will come. Money always flows WHERE NEEDS ARE MET.Meet those needs, GET MONEY! Our problem is our speed. We always moving so fast that we fail to see things as they truly are. Miracles are everywhere, all around us. But, we rush to church, to bless false pastors so that they can bless us.Yet, God can bless us anywhere, anytime. I believe in miracles. I believe in the miracle of RIGHT THOUGHT, BELIEF, and HARD WORK, above all things. Like Corazon Aquino, I am not embarrassed to tell you that I believe in miracles. The three values I have cited, are miraculous in their RESULTS. Robert Wilson said, Nobody sees the obvious, nobody observes the ordinary. There are more miracles in a square yard of earth than in all the fables of the church. The average Christian is not even conversant with the scriptures. Yet they expect much. In the wise words of CS Lewis, Miracles do not, in fact, break the laws of nature. Saint Augustine therefore observed that, Miracles are not contrary to nature, but only contrary to what we know about nature. Our duty becomes clear,TO KNOW MORE! If we knew more, we would not be EASILY DECEIVED. Jesus said, BE NOT DECEIVED. Yet many Christians are easily deceivable because they have no grasp of the basic fundamentals of the faith that they profess to adhere to. They are spiritually lazy! Miracles happen everyday, change your perception of what a miracle is and youll see them all around you. ~ Bon Jovi. Kind Regards, Okiki Odero Rege Senior Citizen - REPUBLIC KENYA.
