Okkkkeeeyy.... so I have a small confession... well... sort of.... last year I made it my mission to be able to do proper chin ups... at least 12... I started off with assisted chin ups every second day to start with and then in January had to stop because I had 2 surgeries... Yesterday was the first time I trained chest and was able to train chest with minimal discomfort in 7 months.... Needless to say today I am slightly very f@#$ing sore... lol.. Today I decided to attempt pull ups for the first time.. unassisted... EVER.... i managed to do 5...keeping in mind that Im still struggling with some pulling in my chest... lols.... so my Confession is that Im actually not that strong at all... I have strong arms relative to my size yet weak wrists and I struggle tremendously with body weight exercises such as pull ups and chin ups. This year ahead I have made it my goal to be more integrative with my training to incorporate different aspects from different fields of sports and fitness.... (exactly what is my little secret though.. hehe)... and yes... Be able to do proper chin ups and pull ups by at least November! So heres to new challenges and new goals... #watchthisspace
