Oklahoma City University Meinders School of Business students Misael Martinez and Brooke Crutchfield presented their research projects last month in a doctoral dissertation forum at Edge Hill University in Ormskirk, England. Their projects, overseen by economics professor Dr. Jonathan Willner, dealt with business-related topics of Premiership football clubs in England. Martinez presented “Competitive Balance and Consumer Demand in The English Football League,” and Crutchfield presented “Football in Greater Manchester: Economic Effects of Premiership Status Teams.” The three went to England to do research over the fall semester. #ocumsb
