Okorocha Is Running An Illigitimate Government, Matching On Dead Bodies Of Imo Youths -Ohakim Former governor of Imo state, His Excellency Chief Dr. Sir. Ikedi Ohakim has said that the present governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha is running an Illigitimate government though on a legal foundation, stressing that the governor is matching on the dead bodies of Imo youths. Today in Imo we have a legal government led by his excellency Chief Rochas Anayo Ethiebert Okorocha, that government is legal but that government is Illigitimate, an illitimate government is not a legal government. For a government to be a government, you have to be legitimate and legal, these are the two legs on which the government can stand. The government we have today are standing on one leg instead of two. That is why everything that this government is doing is always done with left hands Ohakim said. Dr. Ohakim who spoke stressed that The government is matching on the dead bodies of Imo youths, a government that is matching on the dead bodies of our youths. 10,000 jobs that was given to our graduate youths, 30,000 jobs was given to non graduate youths, you (Okorocha) cut it off, the salaries of these 10,000 graduates was N450 million every month, they used those money to come back to their local governments or wards, they used the money to marry the wives of their choices, some of them were put on judiciary, so that at the age of 30 or 32, they can grow to the level of becoming magistrates and chief judges because they had an appointment letters and because they were real jobs. They lived their lives and took care of their parents but today you have cut it off and using the money and be building the government of roundabouts Ohakim said The consultation tour of chief Ikedi Ohakim to leaders and members of the Peoples Democratic Partys PDP in Okigwe and Onuimo LGA was the first round of consultation which will in the coming days/weeks spread over to other LGAs of the state. The consultation kick started by a brief stop-over and a courtsy call to the party chairman of Okigwe LGA on his residence and later proceeded to thier town hall and at Onuimo where the meetings were held. On his emotion ladden address to the people of Okigwe and Onuimo LGA, Chief Ohakim said that there is nobody whom God had created that does not make mistakes and called on the people to forgive him if there was in anyway that he might have made mistake against them I am a human being that God created, the whitemens research has said that any body who have attained the age of 25yres, between the time he was born to the time of 25yrs must have made mistakes morethan 500 times, any one who also attained the age of 50 yrs must have made mistake up to 1.5 million times. So If you look at it very well, you will understand that no one is free of mistakes The high point of the consultation was when Chief Ohakim threw up an open question to the people and qurried now I want to ask you few questions, how you will answer it will determine on what next I will say; Has Imo been rescued? Is money circulating better today? All the roads built today, are they better than mine? Now Rochas said he has created 25,000 jobs without appointment letters,is it better than 10,000 jobs with appointment letters? He said he has built international conference centre, is it better than the Ahiajoku convention centre? He said he is building princess hotel at Okigwe, hasnt the hotel collapsed? The people how ever chorused No No No saying that hunger has killed them when asked if money was circulating. Ohakim promised to bring back all the institutions that Governor Rochas has demonished like Imo Elders. Council, Ahiajoku lecture series, Entraco,Town Unions, local government centres, recall all the workers sacked and bring back the peoples government and also promised to put an end to all the bank suffocating loans in which this administration has taken over N200 billion bank loan used in building projects that has no economic value Ohakim assured that he is going to hand over power to Ndi Owerri zone ones he finishes his remaining four year tenure saying that all these people have all gone for second terms and some even third terms, that his own was not going to be different. Dr. Ohakim said that he has learnt his lessons from experience and charged he would be better than those who has no experience. I have gone through a lot, I have learnt my lessons, I have begged for forgiveness, I will be a better person and I will be a better governor than those who are not experienced, saying that he is going to fight Governor Rochas Okorocha Project for Project, quality for quality, governor for governor, economic impact for economic impact, four years for four years. Adding that the PDP needed to field somebody like him that can match Rochas strenght to strenght. Ohakim said that supporting him is going to be to put a stop to pull him down symdrome, rejecting lies and remour mongering. supporting me means rejecting lies, rejecting rumour mongering and rumour mongers and saying no to pull him down symdrome. If you didnt support me, some one will pull another person down tommorow to go up but if you support me, nobody will pull anyone down tommorow to rise up because people will know and still take the person up Ohakim said.
