Olacabs ….my 2nd post for you… let me start with one new word for you “ FRAUD” and your service is Pathetic for sure.. CRN number – 11641534 Cab booked at around 6:00 PM (6th oct.) for pick up at 11:30 PM (6th Oct.) from New Delhi railway Station. Got a message at 11:00 PM with cab details (wow awesome). Got a call from your driver in next 1 minute (great)… He asks Sir what’s the drop location? I told him the address… He says… ok…will see (will see???? What you will see dude???). After 10 mins (11:10 PM) Driver calls again – Sir, I don’t have diesel in my car, so I can’t come, have asked for cancelling the duty. You please check with company. (What the hell is going on????). I call Olacabs customer care executive, tell him what their cab driver is saying.. the executive says – Sir I’ll assign another taxi near your location (It’s around 11:15 PM at that time). The cab will reach you on time. Next minute, another driver calls me…. Sir I am at Azadpur and will take at least 45 minutes to come. (Mind you… I had a pick up at 11:30 and this guy calls me at 11:20 and says it will take 45 more minutes to come.). I call the customer care again and enquire about it and the executive says.. sir “ thoda delay ho jataa hai”(thoda delay!!!!!). he said he will call me back in a minute after talking to driver but I never got any call after that from any of the executives.(Awesome customer service right???.. I am impressed ) Thanks to Anshumans suggestion on my last post about olacabs… I booked TaxiForSure in the meantime. The guy reached before his scheduled time and we left at 11:45 PM. (Till this time no calls from olacabs driver). Its not over yet … If you remember 5 days ago I posted about them and my experience with them. Also I told how they double charged me for Rs 65. Well I got an apology letter from one of them and they said Rs 65 have been credited to your ola money account (wow .. what a way to return my own money… u have to go through all this again to redeem your money..) Now after I reach home… I get a message from olacabs for a bill of Rs 344 against my CRN number and those Rs. 65 that were their with them only are again deducted. So basically, they charge me for harassing me and get those 65 from my ola money account when I never used their service. Ankush – Last time I thought , I’ll just post it on facebook for awareness purpose and not do any complaint or something (Thanks for advising me last time too), but this time I need your help filing a complaint against them. Let’s do this buddy.
