Old School ...The year is 1958...I purchased this 1957 chevrolet convertable from a nurse for $ 2300. It had a Corvette engine (gas at $ 19.5 cent per gal) w/auto-matic powerglide transmission. Top speed well above 120 mph ( indiana state police told me that on 3 different occasions...Ha, no arrest). I installed this RCA Upside-Down Player under the dash that was made in lafayette, indiana at the time. It held 10, 45 rpm records and played upside down. Railroads were the only problem for skipping when playing. Only a few Kats in town had one......... The Car That Changed My Lifestyle ....Ha
