Old time people in Jamaica say, If you live in hope you die in Constant Spring where the poor house was located, the only hope for the survival of the human species is if we can change the ethos of competition to that of COOPERATION, and, the ideology that might is right to the world view of right is might. This culture and the ideology and ethos was learned during the undocumented past of the human species which the Creationists say never happened; and, those who believe in evolution say happened but we never learned or developed culture during the upwards of Two Hundred Thousand years we spent in this crucible. I beg to digress we learned and successfully practiced culture and became the dominant species on the planet and the perspective of the predator learned during this currently unimaginable period is what is driving the suicidal burning of fossil fuels the notion that the weaker other, the prey is the means of satisfying our needs, wants and desires that is the mindset that justifies making other organisms, for example, bees extinct and which must be extinguished to overcome the onset of global warming. If this is not changed we perish and the only reason we do not perceive this and are encompassing our self destruction is that we continue to be what we were during that period amoral animals who became deluded idiots so that we could continue to be amoral in precept and embrace moral values in concept when these were belatedly discovered. We are repeating the past over, and over, and over again not the least because we kill or persecute those who practice moral values for being different although morality makes them rational and civilized; and, makes them capable of extended logic which was called prophesy and makes me specifically capable of telling you if you do not change and a bare majority become rational and civilized the human species will surely inevitably perish.
