Olen “Bill” Winningham, 75 of Oklahoma City, was born on Apr. 25, 1936 and passed away on Jan. 22, 2012. Bill retired from the US Navy. He was a member of the VFW Post 8706. He loved people. His first love was his family. He is survived by his 9 children, Theresa Mason and husband Jack, Bill Winningham, Jr. and wife Mandy, Julie Wisnewski and husband Craig, Marsha Tomlin, Lawanna Thompson, Marquita Kerney, Dwayne York, Clay Thompson, and Ann Iski and a host of loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife Wanda Winningham. Funeral Services are 10:00am, Thurs., Jan. 26, 2012 at Windwood Free Will Baptist Church, 5300 SE 89th, OKC, OK. With Pastor Tom Drake and Pastor Dan Farmer officiating. Interment will follow at 2:00pm, Thurs., Jan 26th at Ft. Sill National Cemetery. Services are under the direction of John M.
