Olga Karyakina and Ekaterina Craftsova started the project SALE in order to explore declared democracy in consumer society. The video art works are presented like goods in supermarket. Visitors can choose a video by reading a text about it. To help visitors make their choice video are divided into 4 categories: funny, scary, boring and complicated. More than 30 artists from around the world are participating in a project. This time it is presented in shopping mall where spectators are welcome to communicate with artists using online chat. Project «SALE» was successfully presented three times. First time during public art festival ART MOMENT in Moscow in August 2013 and then at market square in Cambridge, UK, in October 2013. Last time we showed our video collection during Parallel events Manifesta 10 in Saint-Petersburg in June 2014. Curator: Katya Craftsova ARTISTS: 1.
