Oli Bulmer So Im listening to that 2.5 hour vid of Spoony hating on Amazing Spider-Man 2, and his complaints seem bizarrely disconnected from the subject matter at hand. Hes faulting a comic super hero movie for being goofy and lame, as if there isnt an unavoidable, base level of absurdity inherent in every story about super-powered costumed vigilantes. Its weird to see this film get so much hate, as it really isnt worse in terms of convenient plotting and narrative incoherence than literally every other comic book superhero movie ever filmed...
