Olive Garden gave Vets a free entrèe for dinner tonight. MMM good. Our waiter was Patrick, a Marine reservest in Amphibious Assault. Very pleasant young soldier. Full of enthusiasm for serving of Veterans on Veterans Day and serving in the Marines. He knew about head space and timing so I know he was the genuine article. Told him thanks for his service, wear your body armour and helmet, pay attention and dont be a hero. Heros happen just because, not by plan.
