Olooto Ilu Ika Ilu This is the document being presented by Chief Rotimi Akeredolu the APC lead counsel at Osun guber election tribunal today. In the document which was duely accepted as exhibit by the honourable tribunal chairman states that the total votes of his client APC are not more than 234,971 as against the PDP votes of 219,189. He admitted to the honourable tribunal that the document emanated from him and his client and that it is worthy to be accepted as evidence. In his final submission before presenting this to the court, he had been able to tell the tribunal that the petition of the petitioner lacks merit and should be dismissed by the tribunal. Has he forgotten that by presenting this he has affirmed to the tribunal that truly there is irregularity on the result being released by INEC on Aug.9th election. And his client (APC)s position that the petition lacks merit is defeated. Or how come that APC votes which were 394,684 now being reduced to 234,971 if the election is not faulty as being claimed by all the three respondents . He should not forget that the PDPs votes in the 17 Local Govts being challenged by PDP were not contested by APC. How on earth will he now reduce it to 219,189 votes instead of. 292,747 as being released by INEC ?. By legal implication, the total valid votes of PDP remain 292,747 while APC votes as being accepted by Chief Akeredolu are 234,971. You can do the mathematical calculations and see who is the winner. I know that hon barr. Ibrahim Lawal and his cohorts will take me up on this, but I mind not because I am not under their jagabondage and give not a damn. Whose ox is gored, I dont know.
