Omg!!! MISSED OUR FLIGHT!!!!! So sad and disappointed! 😣😫😪😢😩After an amazing event last night, we rushed home to pack our bags and left at 2am for our 630am flight. Unfortunately, at Immigration, we had a problem with our daughters US passports for overstaying cuz their last trip was May 2011 and was only given 1 yr to stay. We renewed their passports just last June and US immigration did not say anything about it. Apparently there is a new law that states they need a FILIPINO passport to leave the country, problem is ---my daughters and I dont have Filipino passports! Didnt know it was a new requirement cuz we have traveled to the states several times before. No announcement, email or anything about this darn new amendment! Despite the fact they were born here in the Philippines, they are not considered citizens without the filipino passport! (I have a dual citizenship certificate, kids were born here but have consular birth abroad papers that make them US Citizens through me...They said we need to pay overstaying fees for each of them or get a Filipino passport! Need to make it to the Michigan for the Katy perry concert we promised the kids for aug 11 and the zumba conference in Orlando!! How??? HELP!!! Pray!! Omg!! HASSEL! Badtrip!! Huhuhuhuhuhu 😖😪😣😩😢 Going to DFA AND US Immigration tom early am... Lord pls help us fix this!!
