Omg.... my body is sooo sore. Did my normal Pound workout then tried a new group fitness workout....oh lord have mercy.....every muscle in body body hurts and is screaming at me!!!! Its a good workout but its NOT for the weak!!! Thank Vonda Sanchez and Natasha Vessels for trying it with me...love you!!! A special thank you to Traci Gregory when we were working with partners, I was ready to quit and give up, she talked me through to keep going!!! Thank you, love ya!! Now to go take some ibprophen and cry :(
