Omg the 2 posts from these very unreasonable women has not only embarresed their friends it has also made us loose faith in public sites which should be used to voice your opion but if you should write things please write the truth and not make up slanderous ridiculous lies... As many many of our customers know we are probably one of the most family friendly hotel out there we love families coming and enjoying what we have to offer but i will state we are not a childcare centre and we are not responsable for your children whilst you are in our venue and if your children are behaving badly you should be controlling them and maybe not tune out as the lady in question told us yesterday she was there to enjoy her friends band not look after her children its not her fault she couldnt get a babysitter well im sorry but sitting there getting intoxicated and then abusive when your children were told to behave is not on and then to threaten us with videos of our children behind the bar i will remind you that the hotel is not only our work its our home and our kids are made to feel comfortable in all areas and if they want to help us im very proud of them and most normal customers are very impressed with our kids but they were not and would never work behind the bar seriously please if you are you going tell stories publicly pls tell the truth im sorry if your child was upset at being disciplined but maybe you should not take them somewhere if you plan on drinking because you dont set a great example for them and it embarresed everyone around you as to the second ladies opion if acting like normal children is running over tables that people eat at and disturbing other people whilst their trying to relax in a public place yes well that is normal behavour for kids at home maybe but its bad behavour at a hotel i think and just because our children choose to earn themselves pocketmoney dosent make them abnormal it makes them smart and hardworking and i couldnt be prouder my only regret is that they do have to witness intoxicated parents behaving worse than thier kids sometimes
