On 06112013 at 2255 hours HHPD was given a report of a suspicious incident. An 11 year old reported: he was walking home from his friend’s baseball game at the West Atlantic Avenue ball fields and was spoken to by a male in a van on the corner of High Street and 9th Avenue at 2100 hours on 06112013. He was walking along High Street and 9th Avenue and an older white male about 50 years old was sitting a white van. The male stated to him "Do you want a ride". The 11 year old then immediately left. The 11 year old noticed the van pulled away, circled the block and parked back on High Street and 9th Avenue in the same original parking spot. No further contact was made with the unknown male. Description: White Male 50 years old medium build Medium thick rim glasses Black short hair & gray beard Wearing a red Philadelphia Phillies baseball hat and a short sleeve shirt (color unknown) Vehicle description: Unknown make or model, white older work van with driver and passenger windows and windows on the back doors. The van had 2 one inch black horizontal stripes the full length of the van and 2 one inch vertical stripes on the back doors. The van had rust on the passenger side corner panel and unknown license plates.
