On 11/25/2014 I took several images of a passing asteroid (12 Meade with Canon 60Da, ISO 1600, 5 min exposure, one hour apart). Its nice to know I can actually find them and see them in different positions in successive images one hour apart. The circled object near the center is Phaethon, near the California Nebula in the constellation Perseus. It is moving fast (elongated - zoom in to see). The visual magnitude is +16.1 (very faint). It is 126.3 million km from Earth (7.02 light minutes, 0.8444 AU). The circled object near the top is unidentified (not a UFO - IMHO) and appears to be moving quite slowly (not elongated), or it is either moving toward or away from Earth. I could not find it the following night.
