To: Mr. Lord Robertson, Secretary-General, NATO Headquarters. Blvd. Leopold lll, 1110, Brussels, BELGIUM Cc: NATO Members Heads of States Subject: Aftermath of NATO-Russia agreement. Mohtaram, I, Ahmadullah Ashraf ibn Mohammadullah Hafezzi Huzur, and obedient slave of Allah, with all humbleness and devotion to the Will of Allah, writing this letter to the leaders of NATO expressing my deep compassion to the mankind including all of you. So fat I know, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization was created to ensure security of its member states in the face of any possible threat from former USSR. After dissolution of the USSR, Russian Federation was still conceived to be the rival replacing the USSR. Now, after the latest NATO-Russian agreement, we wonder, who is the real enemy NATO wants to address? We have heard that Late President Nixon in his book THE REAL WAR wrote: “…the enemy of democracy is not communism. The real enemy of democracy is fundamentalist Islam.” So the Government of USA set in motion a force to oppose the development and spread of Islam in the world. Is the latest NATO-Russian agreement aimed to that end? If you choose Islam and Muslims to be your real enemy, how do you hope that the Islamic world should also cooperate with you? Democracy as a mechanism for peaceful transfer of state authority from one hand to another as per desire of the citizens is fundamentally an Islamic value. All devoted pious Muslims cherish this value as virtue. But when evil quarters interpret and re-interpret democracy to promote atheism, materialism, fornication and such other vices to destroy the mankind, how can a believer share such interpretations? All Divine Faith and believers of all communities including Islam and Muslims are obliged to rise up to correct the situation. Your latest concern about so-called TERRORISM is also highly misleading. American and European Governments for decades have been supplying money, arms, ammunition, secret information and political asylum to their favorite guerilla groups against established state authorities all over the world. So we need to have a consensus first about the definition of ‘TERRORISM’. And we do not believe your propaganda that Osama, Al-Quaida or Taleban organized Sept.11 attacks in the USA. The attack probably came from within with support of Supernatural Powers. So, we did not make much comment on it, rather we expected the USA to repent for their sins and return to the Path of Allah., I pray to Allah and invoke His Blessings for the mankind to have His Divine Guidance to be Faithful and be virtuous and be compassionate to each other for the good of all.
