On 14th of January we booked Honda Amaze from Zoomcar for 15 hours. Our pickup was from Hotel IBIS Silk board and we got 150 kms free for which we paid 1050 + 5000(security). We dropped the car at 9:44 AM which is 4:16 hrs before the scheduled dropping time which was 2:00 PM. So in total we travel for 180 kms i.e. excess it was 29 kms. So according to this they should charge us 14 Kms * 29 Kms = Rs. 406 but in the screenshot we all can see they have changed us Rs. 37,338 and deducted our security money from the wallet and also they are telling we have travelled 2742 Kms, which means we should have travelled with a speed of 249 kms/hr!!! Now we call the customer care two times but every time they are telling we need some time from past 12 days. What should i do??? Please Suggest !!
