On 23rd October 2014 at Olkalou during the ceremony of signing a memorandum of understanding between the County Government of Nyandarua and NSSF for 3 housing projects within Olkalou town for a high density and low density estates as well as a shopping mall. NSSF will invest 1 billion upwards depending on the uptake. As we wait for the prices to be advised I strongly urge Nyandarua people to prepare to pay the deposit and take advantage of the 10/15 years tenant purchase arrangements. The project is scheduled to commence construction by year end. The County provides the land and NSSF development funding and implementation. I just wish we as leaders would focus on development projects instead of political wrangles.
