On 26 November 2014, the President of the Republic of Kenya, H.E. Hon. Uhuru Kenyatta received Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, H.E. Miroslav Lajčák. A very friendly, useful and practical meeting covering a number of areas of Kenya-Slovakia partnership: development cooperation, trade and economic relations, education, health, political dialogue, experience sharing of Slovakias tranformation, integration and reform experience. Kenya is for Slovakia a strategic partner in Africa. Both countries are committed to strengthening and further developing mutual ties. We have a lot in common and need to get to know one another better. Good prospects ahead!
