On Amtrak from Boston finally heading back home to New York City for a few days. I just did 7 speeches in 10 days across 5 states, on both coasts and in the middle of the country and the South, in three different time zones. Ive been on planes, trains, a bus, and in cars. Ive had the flu and no appetite at all, and I have had some great food. Yes, I am eager to get to my own bed to rest, recover, regroup, and get ready to get back on the road for more speeches the next two weeks as of Monday. The good thing is I get to spend a week in California and a week in Seattle, so no bouncing from plane to plane, place to place, thank God. I purposely set up my schedule that way, but things often change on the lecture circuit. I am excited to get the warmth and sun of Southern Cali (and a lot of time to myself, like for real....) and the natural beauty of Washington State.
